Booking Terms and Conditions
We must confirm your travel reservation in advance for our prior reservation of hotel, air ticket, vehicles, guides and porters; Machu Picchu entry, permits etc. Before confirming your reservation, be sure to read our travel details. and the itinerary carefully only then you confirm the reservation of your trip.
2. Last minute booking -
In fact, we accept your last-minute booking; Please make a minimum payment of 20 % to confirm the reservation of the trip that is not refundable, but you can postpone the trip. But you can postpone the trip to any date while you make the reservation. This reservation system applies to national and international reservation and payment systems for all types of travel.

First of all, to confirm the reservation of your trip, you must make a minimum payment of 20% by bank transfer and the remaining payment of 80% that you can pay on arrival before starting the trip. For credit card payment, an additional 7% will be charged for bank charges for credit card processing that require a copy of the passport and copies of the credit card with you.
Cancellation and refund policy -
- In accordance with the rules and regulations of our company, the payment of 20% of its total amount will not be refunded in case you cancel the trip, but you can postpone the trip until the next date.
- If Sunrise Peru Trek cancels the trip due to uncertain circumstances such as civil war, conflict, natural disasters, etc., we will reorganize your alternative trip or refund the amount less your previous service charges if you are traveling. If these things happen before the trip, we will refund the full amount.
- We do understand sometime things happen and plan may be changes during and before trip. If you cancel the trip after your full payment your minimum 50 % payment will be deducted but you have option to postpone the trip.
- If you finish the trip earlier of the total days and if you cancel or stop the trip after your full payment due to the different circumstance like health problem and your personal reasons etc. If this is the case happens please you have to be sure that we don’t make any refund because we should pay to our staffs, guides, porters, cooks, hotels etc. according to our previous plan they are obliged work for total days either you finish earlier or cancel the trip it’s all your own lost.
